What you’ll do day-to-day for D. E. Shaw Off-Campus Drive 2022:
The candidate would be responsible for designing and implementing medium/large scale financial markets and securities trading-related applications in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
The candidate will execute individual projects and deliverables while collaborating with business groups and counterparts in New York.
Projects will include performing R&D to evaluate the appropriate technologies to use, resolving application and data issues in production within timelines, and
driving complete project lifecycles, from collecting and analyzing requirements to project delivery/deployment to clients.
Who we’re looking for D. E. Shaw Off-Campus Drive 2022
Up to 4 years years of robust experience in Java/JEE OR Python, in addition to some or all of the following: RESTful Web Services, Python/Perl, messaging middleware, and databases (SQL Server).
Experience in Spring, Mybatis/ibatis/Hibernate, jQuery, JavaScript and deployment architecture are also preferred.
