Role and Responsibilities For NTT DATA Off-Campus Drive 2022:
Passion to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
Good/Basic technical skills in solving desktop issues with Windows OS, Mail Client (Outlook), End-user network issues, Printer issues, MS Office issues.
Responding to End User support requests via Phone, Chat, Email, etc.
Conduct remote troubleshooting to find out the nature of the problem and provide a solution
Maintain all customer KPI, generate reports, document issues and create a knowledge base

Good written and verbal communication skills- English
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent from a recognized university
