JOB SUMMARY Infrastructure Specialist will ensure ongoing monitoring of current performance to ensure appropriate levels of capacity have been provided.
Also responsible for providing trends for planning capacity upgrades, Performing capacity monitor ing, analysis and tuning activities.
Identifies Risks & prepare Mitigation plan. Identifies the tasks which can be automated and creates scripts for automations.
Works on Root Cause Analysis and creates appropriate measures on repetitive issues JOB R ESPONSIBILITIES #Excellent Communication Skills
#Experience Knowledge in administering multiple monitoring systems #Experience Knowledge with Network monitoring Systems #Management of false positives and negative alerts
