Avaya Voice Operations L2 Engineer Expectations for the Avaya L2 Engineer is to have a good knowledge in Avaya Contact Center CM 6.X 7.X along with Oracle ACME SBC ECB .
Exhibit consistent technical skills in areas of VOIP, TCP IP Internetworking, TDM, and IP PBX trunking in Avaya Cisco Voice environment.
Avaya L2 Engineer is also accountable for supporting and delivering availability by supporting all incidents with the efforts of assessing risk, coordinating resolution with our NOC engineers , and delivering assigned incidents problems.
The L2 Voice Engineer has five main roles:
To ensure maximum possible service availability and performance To provision and isolate incidents on Avaya voice infrastructure and avoid SLA breaches
To work in 24*7 shifts and monitor Avaya and adjunct devices Perform Change Management Tasks as scheduled To work on service Requests (MACD) and avoid SLA breaches
